"I have been using turbo tax for several years. I have also used it to do my daughter and my mothers taxes. My son in law now does his own taxes and doesn't have to pay anyone $300 to do what he can do his self. Its a great program!"

Review of TurboTax Online Basic 2011Pros:- No legalese and detailed explanations on almost everything.
Cons:- Had a few questions I couldn't answer on here.
"I have used this service for the past four years and, once again, TurboTax has led me easily through my taxes. I haven't dreaded doing my taxes once since starting to use TurboTax, and I don't believe I ever will again. It answers questions I didn't even know to ask and it helped me on pretty much everything else. I've recommended this to every one of my friends and co-workers, especially those that HATE doing taxes. They love the service now too."
