Review of TurboTax Online Basic 2011Pros:- SIMPLE EASY INSTRUCTIONS
Cons:- THE CONTINUE BUTTON
"AFTER FINISHING EACH PAGE I HAD TO SCROLL DOWN TO CLICK THE COMTINUE BUTTON EVEN THOUGH MOST PAGES WERE ONLY A LINE OR TWO.
IT WOULD BE MUCH SIMPLIER AND FASTER IF YOUR CONTINUE BUTTON WAS RIGHT BELOW THE QUESTIONS ASKED INSTEAD OF AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE MAKING IT NECCASARY TO SCROLL DOWN ON EACH AND EVERY PAGE.
WHILE THIS MAY SEEM PETTY I AM SURE I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO FELLS THIS WAY.
THIS IS THE REASON I GIVE A OVERALL POOR RATING. FOR ALL THE GOOD POINTS AND EASE OF FILING THE CONSTANT SCROLLING DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE WAS EXTREMELY IRRATING AND COULD EASILY HAVE BEEN AVOIDED." -

"Lastyear I filed my return with you and it went well for a cost of $39. and some change. This year, the cost went up $20.00 and during the process I saw that your prices were $39.00 Could not understand the difference since nothing had changed on my return. I think I will use another service next time. The continued hike in your prices are ridiculous."

Review of TurboTax Online Deluxe 2011Pros:- TurboTax saved me atleast $500.00 in tax preparation fees that I would of normally paid to the other companies.
Cons:- none that I can think of?
"TurboTax saved me atleast $500.00 in tax preparation fees that I would of normally paid to the other companies that say one thing to get you to come into thier business and than charge for each one of your w-2's and all the other forms and that you need filled out to get the maximum refund and by the time you leave your tax refund is $500 less not including if you pay the extra money to have it back the next day.I did it myself and got the same amount of money that I would of gotten back having someone else do them. Thanks again!!"

Review of TurboTax Online Premier 2011Pros:- Easy to use and get max refund
Cons:- Not much
"This is the third year I used Turbo Tax online. I paid an accountant too much money for years! This makes it so easy to enter all the information. I can take a break and the program takes me right back to where I left off the same day or the next week! All my prior year's information is stored for easy reference and the questions on the sidebar provide helpful answers proactively! Keep it up Turbo Tax!"

"I've being using Turbo Tax since 2003. Before introduced to it I never thought I could do my own taxes. Needless to say here I am nine ( 9 ) years later singing it's praise. Over the years, the improvements or updates have been terrific.
I know its not perfect but I can't find the negative. I recommend Turbo Tax to everyone I know and will continue to do so. Thank you Turbo Tax." -

"I have used TurboTax for the past 5 years now and it's still the best by far. Everything was so smooth. I filed using itemized deductions and injured spouse. I wasn't sure how that form should be completed but TurboTax took care of all of that for me. Its a breeze. I'm even helping a friend file his taxes using TurboTax. Absolutely the best!!!"
