Cons:- State costs money
"I've been using TurboTax to file my personal taxes ever since 1996, and my parents used it long before that. It's always made the process far less painful than doing it by hand and less expensive than paying someone else to do my taxes for me. <3 TurboTax!"

Review of TurboTax Online Federal Free Edition 2011Pros:- Step by step and like the "Explain this" feature
Cons:- like and easy "save" or "save as" option
"Easy and simple.
I have used the "purchased" Turbo Tax and this free edition is just as good for me. I like the step by step and ease of navigation if I have to go back to an area to check, or add. I would like a "save as" feature so that I can save as I go along, instead of the only save option I found was when ready to close." -

Cons:- Ease of Finding the Correct Product and Associated Costs
"Your online chat support feature enabled me to finish and complete my return. Without it, I would have been lost. One thing I'd do is on the home page in a more prominent location, I'd show all the products you have so that customers can most easily determine which one is right for them. Otherwise, the product is very good."
