"Using turbo tax if very easy but you sometimes get kicked off due to high traffic. Just remember to make a user name and password so you don't have to start all over."

"Easy to use, inexpensive, and fast. I've been using Turbo Tax for several years and this is the first year I have used the online edition. I like how all I have to do is go to turbotax.com, enter my user name and password, and get to work on my taxes! If I have to stop and come back later it saves all the information, you pick up right from where you left off earlier. It's quite convenient. I recommend for all."

"I have used Turbo Tax and H&R block. Turbotax is so much easier and walks you through everything. If they see a mistake either you or your employer made they will bring it to your attention. As long as you have all your information in front of you it doesn't take very long to complete your taxes. The $27.95 for them to file my state taxes is worth it; after I looked at the state tax forms and couldn't figure them out myself. THANK YOU TURBOTAX!"

Cons:- didnt find any
"I have tried everywhere from using a licensed CPA to CAPS (community action project) to file my taxes. Turbotax by far was easier and accurate. I got more money back then I ever have and I filed from the convience of my home. No making appts and hoping I get my W2's in time. No waiting. Step by step guide shows you how to put in everything by yourself. I will never use anything other than Turbotax again!! Oh and it only cost me less then $30 dollars to file everything!"
