Review of TurboTax Online Deluxe 2011Pros:- Fast and Easy
Cons:- sometimes there are too many questions
"I really like using turbo tax. I still have control of my taxes but I can get help to get the most deductions. This year I used the expert tax live chat to get a question answered . I didn't have to wait more than 10 min. for a live person and they were very helpful and this allowed me to get a bigger refund without having to call the IRS and wait for a long time on the phone"

"I have been using Turbo Tax for years and found this year's application the best and easiest to use. In the past it was not easy to change your entries if you had updates but this year it appeared much more user friendly."

Cons:- None
"I filed an extension only because I was dreading doing my own taxes (and I was getting a refund)!!
Shouldn't have waited! Turbo Tax is so simple. I finished my taxes in less than an hour ....could have been less but was chatting with my friend and having a cup of coffee while I was doing it!" -

Cons:- NONE!
"Turbo Tax is the ONLY way to file. it is flawless, takes out the human error factor, and is affordable. Unlike some overpriced fat assed accountant that expects a tip turbotax is inexpensive and you need not leave home. Thanks turbotax."

"I was appauled that when I attempted to file last night, on the deadline, and had complicatons with my credit card. Those being resolved I completed payment today only to find out that they had closed e-filing!! Why did I even bother paying $90. Then to add insult to injury, I found 35 spam e-mails today and they could have only come from Intuit selling my e-mail address since that was the only website I've visited."

Review of TurboTax Online Deluxe 2011Pros:- confidence in product and ease of use
Cons:- computer requirements
"I filed for an extension in April. When I went to file I find that the operating system and browser requirements had changed and my computer that I have all my records and started this year return would not even work. If I did not have a back up computer with those new requirements I would not have been able to file in time. I was never notified of this! Not good! I barely made it under the wire for filing on time due to the extra time this took and has now left me totally dismayed at the fact that I will have to upgrade and buy a new computer!"
