Review of TurboTax Online Deluxe 2011Pros:- Ease of use
Cons:- Failure when it came to filing
"I am extremely upset with Turbo Tax in that, I go to file on the 15th of October and find out that it cannot be e-filed. Shouldn't this have come up earlier? I am now late on my filing, because the source I was using, (i.e. Turbo Tax), failed me."

"Great tool. The comparion to prior years is priceless to make sure you are on track for the current year, Importing each year's data saves so much time. Great tool. Well worth the cost each year. Saves so much time!!!"

"Not very good when stuck in a loop. Case in point form 6252. Could not delete form or solve problem"

Review of TurboTax Online Deluxe 2011Pros:- It did the job.
Cons:- Buggy, Had to Use Firefox 15 and IE9 just to get it filed.
"Had some trouble. Had to switch to Firefox 15 to finish viewing and print/save . Needs some work. Also, transmission was hanging up sometimes with my router firewall. Had to plug into modem directly. Harrowing experience with taxes as subject matter. Did the job so far, so good. Let's hope for best. More testing needed with newer browsers. Also, App. made me plug in stuff that I know was entered, I went back and checked. Had to click through all the prior sections just to get to a specific area. Would be nice to go directly to area that needs work or review. I may shop around next year for something if there is anything better. No real customer support online or in FAQs or FYIs."

Cons:- Difficult to go back to specific area
"It would be easier if answers for each section were printed when hit "Done" for each section. Editing would be faster than having to page by page trying to find the deduction to change...took too much time starting from the beginning each time."
