Review of TurboTax Online Deluxe 2009Pros:- Simple-fast-user friendly
Cons:- A few unanswered questions but resolved
"The program is easy to use and step-by-step guidance makes this a simple program to follow. Even with some mistakes made, the program helped us correct those errors and increased our refund. We were very pleased with the year-to-year repeatability of basic information for our entire family that allowed us to move through the basics with ease. I would rate our overall experience a solid 5-start rating and even though we have not taken advantage of the year-long support plan, we'll be using Turbo-tax next year!"

"For the last few years I have used Turbo Tax and thought they were pretty good. This year I go to e-file my taxes and the charges have now risen to $29.95.
This is not what they advertise. I have no interest to claim, no EIC's or all those other deductions. A standard 1040A is what I use.
This is ridiculous and I won't be using them again." -
