Review of TurboTax Online Deluxe 2009Pros:- Great guidance, and help when i needed it
Cons:- not sure which way I would get my best return
"Overall this program was an excellent way to do my taxes. I was able to check wether I would get a better return by filing jointly, or seperately.
Then I was able to get all of my worries taken care of by the program going back and checking all my entries.
The price is right too. It was cheaper to do it with turbo tax than it would have been with using an agent around here.
I will definetely come back and use this again next year." -

Cons:- says it's free but it's not
"I bought their software to be gin with. but this year even though they say it is free...you have to pay for the upgrade and state taxes."

Good not great.
Review of TurboTax Online Deluxe 2009Pros:- Helped me get a large refund.
Cons:- Energy tax credit issues, and random time outs.
"The process was worse than years in the past. It did not carry over my personal information from years prior. It also kept timing out, and giving me loading pages that were taking forever. The program was not albe to get me the correct number on my energy tax credit. Instead of 1500 it thought 16 would be ok. Server mantinence aslo bumped me off at least once. However, I was still able to recieve a large refund, and get some credits I was not even aware of before. All the information was saved, so in spite of my trouble I did not have to re enter anything."

Cons:- NON I'M AWARE OF
"I HAVE BEEN USING TURBO TAX EVERY YEAR FOR MY FAMILY AND MY MOTHER. HAS ALWAYS GOT A BIGGER RETURN THAN ANTISIPATED AND HAD NO ISSUES. THE AUTOMATIC TRANSFER FROM PREVIOUS RETURNS IS A HUGE HELP. IT TAKES ME ABOUT 20 MIN TO DO MY RETURN EACH YEAR."

Cons:- needs to be updated for ease of use and better support
"I am shocked that every year I have the same old problems, login issues, timing out,program skipping around instead of step by step though minimal this year, I feel there shouldnt be a free that turns to deluxe at the end so you have to start over that is really bad for anyone so iwill be looking after 5 years of use with turbotax for another tax program as that one takes the cake."

Review of TurboTax Online Deluxe 2009Pros:- Great. Easy to use
Cons:- Filing for the State of CA was really expensive.
"I like using Turbo Tax, however the charge for filing the state return was much higher this year and almost seemed to expensive. H&R Block would have been cheaper and almost considered going there. I like using Turbo Tax, so I paid the fee, but did reconsider."

Review of TurboTax Online Deluxe 2009Pros:- Fast, and walks you through everything, even finding deductions.
Cons:- somewhere I must have been side tracked or went out of program before e-filing.
"Pay close attention especially to the end of the process, because somewhere I did not get it filed, don't worry the program saved where I left off and was able to continue. When I tried to find the status it kept telling me that I must have put wrong information in. It was a little tricky to navigate back to where I could continue and finish the process. But all in all the program is great."
