Cons:- Cost
"I just finished filing another tax return with TurboTax. Year after year, this is the easiest way to complete my return. There's no way I would waste my time going down the "Block" or to Michael and Jennifer Love's place (if you know what I mean). The questions are so easy to follow and all of the help that is available is superb. I always feel comfortable that I am getting the maximum refund available. I'll be back next year!"

Review of TurboTax Online Deluxe 2009Pros:- Program was easy to use and transferred prior year data
Cons:- Was not current on huge available tax credit
"I have used this service before but was astounded that the HUGE tax credit for energy efficiency was not supported...the form was not available. The on-line chat indicated that a number of people were enraged by this. There were prior date committments listed which apparently were not met. I was give 1-21-10 as the time this would be ready...also missed that. I could have missed this credit and am guessing that many did. Not sure what TurboTax does besides taxes...would assume you are ready for market when the business is happening. Makes me question other credits that might have been missed...likely the last year I will use your service."
