"I have been a happy and satisfied customer of TurboTax Online since the 90's!! Every year they have walked me through my taxes and enabled me to maximize my refund and receive it in the least amount of time!! I will never fill out paper tax forms again!! Everyone should use this product!"

Cons:- It's not free :-)
"convenient online records, the easy import of previous year records, the availability of your return as a .pdf - all adds up to a relatively painless filing experience."

Cons:- Problematic, vauge terminology, practically nonexistant and often rude overseas customer service and tech support
"Used for three years, have had three years of problems, won't be using again."

Cons:- Wish live help was free, and the 30 fee to get my money back is a little steep
"Extremely easy to use, anyone can do it, step by step process. I was done with my return in less than 30 mins, and that included itemizing my deductions."

Cons:- issues withing the program wont let you change billing
"directions are not accurate when following them to change billing and payment options. so messed up i had to scrap a return and start over from the beginning to pay with my return and not a credit card. i lost all info including previous years with turbo tax. and when i started over refund was $100 less and charges went from $51 to $66. very disappointed after all these years"
