"I was overwhelmed by the complexity of the 1116 form creation process. TurboTax wasn't able to process the necessary information to take the credit so I had to concede and use foreign taxes paid as a deduction on Schedule A."

"It was easy and saves me $300.00 a month that I pay with my accountant. Texting me right away on the same day I filed that my IRS rejected my return and I was able to recuperate immediately."

Cons:- See below
"TurboTax blessed my returns and told me it was okay to e-file. The next day, I got e-mails informing me that the IRS and NYSIT rejected my returns. TurboTax was not able to help me find the problem and failed to help me, despite promises to do so."

"I switched from H & R Blocks's At Home software for the 2011 tax year. While the At Home software was good, I like the way this one works a lot better.
Very clear explanations are just a click away and it's very intuitive - an important consideration when filing your taxes.
I'll be using TurboTax from now on." -
