Cons:- Getting to look at the forms harder to get
"Being a long time user of turbo tax, each year they make the experience easier but there is always room for improvements. I would like to see the ability to skip from section to section without getting lost. Sometimes I want to see the tax form before moving forward."

Cons:- None I think of.

Dependable and easy
Review of TurboTax Deluxe - CD or Download 2009Pros:- Versitillity in approach to doing your own taxes.
Cons:- Unnecessarily complicated `end game.'
"When I decided I was ready to file, TTax drug me through a series of tasks that included setting up an account (for what?), printing the return, paying for efiling the State return, uploading my return data and then efiling my return. I think there should be a single screen: Print return: efile return: save return. All tasks merge into one or more of these three main tasks!"

Cons:- Didn't know state filing required add'l fee - should be more explicit
"Turbo Tax made filing easy. Keeping records in order makes tax filing not quite so painful. Good organization and Turbo Tax help me get through my tax obligations and get returns quickly."

Cons:- None so far!! Maybe a little pricey!
"This program ROCKS!! It was fast, easy and found credits I never would have! It walks you through it and shows you what you've done so far AND shows you last year's numbers. It was idiot-proof! I had NO DOUBT it was doing my taxes correctly! It would be great if it gave a discount to repeat customers. Maybe a little off the price to file the state taxes or a printable coupon for next year's software???"
