"I am CTEC certified but use Turbo Tax to do my personal return. I like this product over the product at my office because its easier to use. Your life changes are asked at the beginning, did you go to school, did you get another job, etc. You don't have to search for forms (like the product at my office), they appear through questions that are asked in the interview mode."

Cons:- does not allow for easy what if scenario in December
"Next year I would like to see a section for use in December to determine estimated tax payment. Data would be entered just like in January, except it would be very esily changed to allow analysis of tax options. No goint to a special change place for input, just update fields directly.
In January or later when doing actual taxes, all of the previously estimated data would be replaced with real data with automatic retrieval from Quicken, etc.

Cons:- the live help....turned out to be an advertisement for intuit web pages & going back to edit seemed very complicated....
"In general it was very helpful.....didn't like the print and file..... complicated ....not very well explained....and it was hard to go back and edit some places...especially changing the name of the companies. This was the first time I used premium and I will go back to the basic plus...."
