Cons:- Not enough capacity for many stock trades
"I have used TT for years, and love it. I have over 300 stock trades and it can't handle that many. I would pay more for a product that could handle my large number of trades. of trades."

Cons:- Not as helpful as it could be.
"The stock section needs improving. It'd be helpful if it could perform more of the calculations for me. This is especially true where multiple purchase and sales of the same stock are involved.
In addition, I have no idea how to handle stocks when the name changes and/or they are bought out by another company.
Plus, requiring one to divide and multiply quantities and prices when there are 100,000 or more shares involved is a real pain!" -

"Thank you Intuit. I have been using Turbo Tax for the last 8 years, 6 since being married. It is always an easy and enjoyable experience. My wife who abhors technology and anything to do with the computer has successfully used Turbo Tax for last two years and she loves it. Ya'll are great in making a difficult and convoluted Tax code like the US simple and easy. Keep up the good work."

Cons:- Not super easy to navigate to make changes
"Takes some time to learn the program although I have been using it for several years. The basics are pretty easy but I did have some difficulity when I needed to make some changes on some of the forms. Once I "self taught" myself how to do that I was OK. When I went to e-file my returns the program "hung up" on the credit card page and I had to call TurboTax for a special code to enter before the e-file would process."

Cons:- Was a bit difficult to go back to investigate if I had done entry correctly
"In the past, I seem to recall that it was easier to go back to an entry area and reread to make sure correct data had been input. This year, we were pointed to the community or had to pay for professional help. Since I am already paying for the program, I do not think that it should cost more to get answers, which I believe should come from professionals and not from other filers. I have used turbo tax for a few years and this is the first time that I felt it was not as supportive as in the past."

Cons:- A few things here and there not too clear
"Have been using this product for years and would never go back to doing taxes manually. The highlight for the Premium edition is the importation of all brokerage house data (long & short term capital gains and losses, interest, dividends, etc) and completion of Schedule D in a heartbeat. The only negative, is that in the summary of tax return tasks to be completed, it doesn't appear to recognize that the importation has taken place, and indicates that for the current year the items have not yet been visited. This causes the user to open those items and get directed back into the interview process."
