"TurboTax has been used by this reviewer for over 20 years. One is not sure if there are other programs that are better out there. However, for my purposes it is, perhaps, useless to seek another tax program."

Pros: Extremely quick and easy to use.
Cons: I almost lost $2,000 because program caused me to miss a deduction.

"Incredibly easy, accurate, efficient, fast, and a very quick refund! However, I cut-and-pasted some numbers from other forms, including my property tax payment, but they disappeared after clicking into the next box -- which I didn't notice at first. I couldn't figure out why my refund was so low until I eventually saw that I had no property tax credit because it had disappeared. If the 2007 numbers were shown at each step (i.e., in faded print: "Last year you paid $XX in property tax" above the box where you type in 2008 payments), you could see that something is amiss if the numbers are way off."
