"1) Recommend a button should be provided for the user to understand the overall purpose and scope of each section requiring data input. I would have found such a "big picture" discussion both informative and useful.
2) In my case, even though I had no income or expenses for consulting services that I last performed in 2006, a Schedule C, all with zeros, was included. I attempted to remove it, but the instructions on the Quicken WEB site addressing removal made no sense to me. Therefore my 2008 Taxes submittal included a Schedule C - I think the short form. There was no reason for it to be included.
3) It's not clear to me that the software fully addresses all of the information that I should have available to ensure my IRA Account information is correct. This is due, in part, to a knowledge deficiency on my part. However, it would be helpful if the software included, at least, basic information, with clear references to further information that the user could access outside of the software."
