"I have used turbo box MANY years, loaded on my PC. This is my first time with on-line preparation. I found it to be challenging and not at easy to work with. It didn't let me know I typed in WRONG STATE for one of the estimated payments I made. And it woudl not give me place for ROTH IRA basis details."

Cons: Not knowing beforehand that we need to have the AGI amount from the previous tax year.
"While I enjoyed doing my own taxes for the first time, it would have been helpful to know--before I got started--that I would need to submit the Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) amount from my 2007 return in order to efile. Because of this, the completion of my tax return was delayed, as I had to go and retrieve my 2007 tax return. In the future, knowing this information beforehand would be very helpful."
