"As a future accountant, I found TurboTax to be simple and easy to use. Unfortunately, its navigation needs improvement, as we cannot directly edit the forms. Finding the spot to change your errors may be difficult in the topics, as these topics may be interconnected. That is my big ciriticism. Otherwise, once I found where I needed to make the edit, it wasn't too bad."

"I found TurboTax to be great to work with. I'm a bit intimidated by technology and even worse when it comes to figuring out taxes and finances. Needless to say, I haven't been looking forward to doing my taxes as I have some fairly difficult things to file. Regardless, I found TurboTax to be very helpful, very thorough, and easy to use."

"New colorful graphics and icons are unecessary.
I've always liked the question-by-question format of turbotax's e-filing system, but there seems to be less emphasis on the actual task of tax preparation and an unecessary increase in the use of superfluous bells and whistles and up-selling.
Get back to basics."

"The program is easy to use and difficult to make any mistakes if you allow the program to retrive your information. Plus you won't have any math errors when you use Turbo Tax. Being able to go online to Turbo Tax and inspect your past returns so you don't have to worry about losing your information."
