"I found it hard to navigate when you want to go back and look at a category or edit the info. Example: When I wanted to revise my municipal bond interest, it would not let me get back to the figure to allow me to enter a revised % of interest for the state I live in. Very frustrating!"

"Confusing when you complete the form. It won't let you preview it before paying for it. It says not to print first. It asks you if you want to e-file before printing, then you pay with your credit card, and it tells you it's been filed. That's what is so confusing!!! Also I can't find out what Form 2210 is on the Federal Carryover Worksheet. I filed standard deduction."

"There was no Schedule D and no way to enter my long term capital loss carryover of (-$3000) onto Line 14 of Schedule 1040. I had no short term gains or losses."
