"I only received half of my return . I was supposed to get $1290 ($947 fed $343 state), but when the money showed up in my bank account i only received $645... what the heck?"

"I have been using Turbo Tax (and Quicken) for several years and the program just keeps getting better and better. Every year it is more intuitive and therefore easier to use. Cons: a bit time consuming, if you don't have proper forms can be difficult
"I would recommend this product to anyone. In fact I know people who have used CPAs or tax preparers for years that have switched to TurboTax and have never regretted it."

"I have been using Turbo Tax since 1990 and at first it was better then preparing without but still a bit difficult to manuever. Each year it got better and this year I was very happy to say that I would not change anything. The imports were very fast and accurate.
