"Used TurboTax for the first time. It was very easy all the way untill I came to the end and realized that the program didn't ask me about my business expenses on Schedule C and it wouldn't let me go back to change it. Had to start it all over. But overall it was very easy to use."

"This was a first time experience on line and I will not do it again if it is this slow. I much prefer to load it onto my computer where I can work faster and find the forms I need and click to them quickly. It is very difficult to find forms on-line and to review and see if everything is correct."

Cons: Can be awkward to go back/out of step
"There seemed to be more "glitches" this year. Information seemed to be automatically directed to areas that it should not have been (did not apply) and then was very difficult to undo and enter infor where I wanted it to go. I thought it was just me at first, but had someone with me on two occasions when these "hiccups" occured."

"The total of Medial Deductions did not agree with what I had on my worksheet. Detail of medical deductions as entered did not agree with amount as it appears on line 1 of schedule A. Instructions did not explain whether Medial Insurance picks up Medicare withheld amounts previously entered."
