Cons: No forms for Territories
"Turbo Tax was easy to use and thorough, but is not set up for the Territories - it kept telling me my "state" code was an error. When it printed out my forms, though, it had the correct mailing address for me to send my form in to our revenue and tax department. If Turbo tax would add the 2 letter abbreviations for the US Territories and stop reading them as errors, it would earn all 5 stars from me."

"Have used Turbo Tax for many years but I found this years version to be overly cumbersome. Last year it was easy to call up individual forms but this year's version was confusing. Probably will not use this system again. It's a shame you found it necessary to improve on a product that needed no improvement."
