"Would like to see simplified entry of disallowed long-term capital loss that adds to basis of held investement. Had to use a work-around method to get proper results versus simple entry of data and proper outcome on forms. Workable, but could be more accurate, it seems to me, if not having to patch together constructed entries to have proper forms."

"The main problem that I had with turbotax premier was that it continuously asked for entries on lines 9 and 10c of Capital Gain (loss) Transaction Worksheet. I had no transactions in 2008 - only carry overs of losses. In fact, it would not even let me efile until I made some entries. My dates sold were various and it would not accept that as an entry. These carry overs were from many years back."
