"I have used turbo tax these past three years. All records are in my external drive. This program is the first year I used the internet vice buying a copy. I was never asked if the program could search past records. This seemed strange."

"I enjoyed this program and thought that it was VERY user friendly. I also enjoyed knowing every step of what my tax obligation and deductions were as I went through the program. The last 3 years with an accountant was expensive and he didn't calculate my depreciation or mileage for my returns!"

"great product. My only suggestion is that there was a way to bookmark the pages, so for instance if one needed to look for some information so it would be accurate, they could bookmark all the different parts in the taxes and then go back to the areas that were flagged. Instead of having to scroll back through everything to find what they had left blank."

"Overall, I consistently enjoy using Turbo Tax on-line. It saves me a tremendous amount of time compared to doing the taxes myself. It is also way more accurate than I would be doing it alone. I really like how I can import data from one year to the next, and also from my financial institutions. It provides consistency in tracking carryover information from one tax year to another.
Perhaps the only complaints I have this year are that the printing options are confusing. It allows you to print before you have actually filed. Then after you file, it asks you if you wish to print again, but they add documents such as the electronical filing certificate and the smart worksheets. This required that I hand pick those pages to print which were not covered in the earlier print menu. That was to avoid needlessly printing documents I had already printed earlier. Another complaint is that when I used an on-line discount by going through a financial web-site, I was later asked to offer personal information to the financial website, even thought I was just a visitor on that site. The disclosure form was vague, such that it asked me to enter my name, but it didn't say why my name on the form was needed. This was strange, since I checked off that I did not want personal information disclosed. When the disclosure page printed, it did not show that I had checked off not to disclose personal information. That felt a bit shady, or at least insufficent. That process needs cleaning up.
Otherwise, I love the product and am very glad it is available each year."

"I've been using TurboTax Online for years. What I love is how it remembers my data from year to year, which not only makes my work easier but jogs my memory. The interface gets better and better. I really appreciate being able to jump in and out of specific areas rather than having to slog through everything... you've listened to my suggestions over the years!
My ONLY remaining complaint is that this year TT got hung up about 100 times and I had to log in again, about 100 times. But nothing was ever lost, so I'm only tired... no headache! (I only swore about twice.)"
